Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Rudaltoto ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform") and any individual ("you", "your", or the "Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service available at rudaltoto.cam and its associated subdomains.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Rudaltoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the binding agreement between you and Rudaltoto.

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

Registration on Rudaltoto is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Rudaltoto strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and will request proof of age as part of the KYC process.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Rudaltoto or any of its affiliated entities, unless express written consent has been granted.
• You have not been self-excluded from Rudaltoto or any other gambling platform under a voluntary or regulatory self-exclusion programme that is still in effect.
• You are not acting under the influence of a gambling addiction or compulsive gambling disorder at the time of registration.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on Rudaltoto. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and all associated Bonus Funds forfeited. Deposits may be returned at Rudaltoto's sole discretion.

4.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any other person. Rudaltoto will never contact you to request your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Rudaltoto shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.

4.4 Account Currency

Malaysian players' accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion where applicable is subject to the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction plus any applicable conversion fee, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

Rudaltoto accepts deposits via a range of payment methods approved for use by Malaysian players. Currently accepted deposit methods include:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating banks)
• Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Rudaltoto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

Rudaltoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any deposit, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, particularly where anti-money laundering or fraud prevention concerns exist.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To initiate a withdrawal, a Player must have: (a) completed identity verification (KYC) to the required level; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) a Real Money Balance equal to or exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold for the chosen method; and (d) an Account in good standing with no outstanding security flags or pending investigations.

6.2 Processing Times

Rudaltoto commits to the following indicative processing windows under normal operating conditions:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically within 5 minutes of approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes after approval
• Direct Bank Wire: 15–60 minutes; may take longer during bank maintenance windows
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation times and network congestion

These are indicative timeframes and are not contractually guaranteed. Processing may take longer during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per rolling period (daily, weekly, monthly). Applicable limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page. VIP tier members benefit from higher daily withdrawal limits as part of their membership benefits. Rudaltoto reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where operational requirements necessitate it.

6.4 Payment Method Matching

As a general principle, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Exceptions may be made at Rudaltoto's sole discretion following satisfactory KYC completion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotions and bonus offers made available on the Rudaltoto Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that do not satisfy the minimum qualifying criteria will not count towards the Wagering Requirement.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Rudaltoto employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets to guarantee outcomes, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom forfeited, and may have their Account permanently closed.

7.4 Promotional Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Rudaltoto reserves the right to exclude specific Players from promotions based on betting patterns, VIP tier, account history, or other risk assessment factors. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value outside their stated terms.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino products offered on the Rudaltoto Platform:

• All bets are subject to the maximum payout limits applicable to the specific product or market, which are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Rudaltoto reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet or series of bets at its sole discretion, including bets that would result in payout above applicable limits.
• In the event of a system or pricing error resulting in clearly incorrect odds or payouts (a "Palpable Error"), Rudaltoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This right applies regardless of whether bets have been confirmed as settled.
• Bets are only valid once confirmed and assigned a unique transaction reference number by the Platform. Bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues at the Player's end are the Player's responsibility.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice due to match events, technical factors, or risk management requirements. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided.
• For live casino products, all bets are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's server record, which shall be final.

8.1 Sports Betting — Malaysian Markets

Rudaltoto offers betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, UFC, and a range of other international sporting events popular among Malaysian players. Market availability, opening times, and minimum/maximum stake sizes are displayed within the sportsbook interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rudaltoto Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account while under the age of 21 or providing false age documentation.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement or a regulatory exclusion order.
• Registering more than one Account, whether for yourself or on behalf of another person.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or competitive gaming product.
• Exploiting identified system errors or software bugs to generate unearned wins or credits, rather than reporting them to our support team.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Rudaltoto staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the Platform's security or integrity.

Rudaltoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Regulatory or legal requirement in any applicable jurisdiction.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administration fee, as specified in the applicable dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended or closed by Rudaltoto for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified Real Money Balance (net of pending investigations) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable minimum amounts and legal holds.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. A cooling-off period may apply before permanent closure is processed. Players are encouraged to consider our Responsible Gambling tools, including self-exclusion, before requesting account closure.

All content available on the Rudaltoto Platform, including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, data feeds, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Rudaltoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, modifying, distributing, sublicensing, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written consent from Rudaltoto.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players regarding the Platform may be used by Rudaltoto without compensation or attribution to the submitting Player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rudaltoto, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however caused and under any theory of liability.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content, odds, or game results.
• Any third-party conduct, including the actions of game studios, payment processors, or other service providers integrated with the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in Platform availability due to factors outside Rudaltoto's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Rudaltoto's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rudaltoto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product or service offered through the Platform.

Rudaltoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have invested in tools and resources to help Players maintain control of their gambling behaviour.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all verified Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up messages displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a specified period (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by Rudaltoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and Rudaltoto.

By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where applicable, personalised marketing communications (subject to your communication preferences).

Rudaltoto reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility requirements — we will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, sending an email notification to the registered email address on your Account, or both.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

We recommend that Players periodically review these Terms to stay informed of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable international licensing jurisdiction under which Rudaltoto operates. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the process described below.

16.1 Dispute Process

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, you must first contact Rudaltoto's customer support team in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of your complaint in reasonable detail. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with Rudaltoto's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body specified under our licensing authority, details of which are available on request from our support team.

16.2 Malaysian Players — Local Laws

Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws of Malaysia applicable to them. Rudaltoto does not provide legal advice regarding the lawfulness of online gambling for players in any specific jurisdiction. We strongly encourage all Malaysian players to seek independent legal advice if they have concerns about the legality of online gambling participation.
